Úspěchy iMachiningu

SolidCAM recently visited Kingdom Flow Control Co., LTD., to demonstrate iMachining 3D + HSM. Kingdom was using a competitor CAM that needed 5 hours to process the part.

By using iMachining 3D, Bock and Klingenberg reduced milling times by 40% and 77%.

..They liked very much the processing technology of iMachining 3D. They also liked the ease and speed of programming the part and of course the speed of cutting.

..now the manager was deeply convinced to change his current CAM software.

Finish achieved was 0.37 Ra Value, which is about half of what was expected!!!

...I used iMachining 2D &3D and the cutting time at the end was 34 min, down from original 80 min, which is far beyond the end user's expectations (58% saving).

57% cycle time saving in Aluminum part and 76% cycle time in Steel part..

Show them iMachining live on their machine - cut one big Titanium part - result was really good. They make parts for Civilian & Military Aircraft, Space Rockets..

Reduced cutting time from 146 min to 28 min! They were very impressed by the ease and speed of programming of the part..
