SolidCAM India made a complex part cutting on DMG 65 Monoblock machine for a large Multiblade Part.
The diameter of the part is 450 mm. We were in competition with HyperMill & MAX-PAC (Concepts NREC).
The cutting time was almost similar (About 22 Hours). However the surface quality of SolidCAM stood out.
The customer bought a single SolidCAM 5 Axis Bundle with Multiblade machining.
