Hi everyone,

Using iMachining at Müga machine tool and with Hoffmann tools, achieved incredible results.

* Material 16MnCr5

* Tools (D12, D10, D6, D4 and D3, with all 4 teeth, 45 ° helix, coated hard metal tools) from Hoffmann Group

* Almost only level 8 Turbo
* Always full length of cut delivered by the tool
* Only chilled with cold air

* Müga machine (RS4530) - 5KW little machine with a small engine - often taken over the limit, but with great result.

Watching the cutting, nobody believes that it is steel. The people of Müga and the application engineer of Hoffmann did not believe their eyes.

We will show with these tools and this machine at the EMO. 

The nice thing is that...iMachining causes people sleepless nights thinking... How can this be possible ...
