I have been a user of Solidcam for at least 6 years and the customer support is by far better than any company I have ever dealt with. As a company that has products that require customer support, we have tried to model your customer support because it is second to none. I just recently had to contact Haas customer support and it really made me appreciate you guys and how you taker care of you customers.

Tim just spent over an hour on the phone with us straightening out our install. No one here at our facility was familiar with the install procedure and Tim was gracious enough to walk through the process with our IT guy. Great experience. Thanks Tim.

I called the SolidCAM helpline and my call was answered very quickly. Paul was very helpful in getting me up and running with the software, and even showed me some features that I did not know about. I had a great experience and am excited to show my students all the cool new features to make their ideas come to life!

Paul responded quickly to the ticket request and when he called he was able to walk me thru the "go to meeting" login and share the screen with him to review the part in question. Paul was able to evaluate and give the recommended strategy to set-up and machine the part while also adjusting the settings in my graphic card to run the graphics without crashing when generating tool paths. Paul was pleasant, courteous, and took the time to make sure that I understood the processes rather than just telling me how and then moving on.

In the world today it is difficult at best to find service, let alone good service and Paul exceeded my expectations.

I have been using SolidCam for years now. this software is solid! What puts this product ahead of all newer and older Cam software is the near instant tech support via remote. Paul Johnson spent the time needed to troubleshoot my issues and did it flawless. This is what keeps me going. I don't have the time to wait for help when I am in the middle of making money. My only wish is my cad software had the same quality support.

SolidCam is the best of the best when it comes to CAM software's. The ease of use compared to others like mastercam and Esprit is 2nd to none. The support when needed is even better! Thanks Kevin!

I am a technology education teacher in central Pennsylvania. We use SolidWorks as our main design software in all our our classes. We have also been using SolidCAM for the past 12 years to create tool paths for CNC machining. I have found that SolidCAM is easy for students to learn. The SolidCAM team has always been willing to answer my questions, no matter how big or small they may seem. I would recommend SolidCAM to any high school teacher who wants to offer their students cutting edge technology.

Following recent update to SolidWorks 2022 subsequent failure of some operations in SolidCAM, I needed help with several issues. Joshua S. was VERY knowledgeable on how to solve these issues. Additionally, he determined that I was eligible for upgrade to SolidCAM 2022 and helped walk thru the upgrade process, getting my post updated and installed. He made the whole tech support encounter a pleasant experience. I'd give him the highest recommendation. It was nice to speak with someone in the United States that I had no trouble understanding. I have just purchased i machining so I am totally new to this software. I also have just taken delivery of a new CNC mill so I have to learn both systems. Mr. Middleby was extremely helpful in showing me how to machine a test part that I am using to understand solidcam.

Whenever I've got an issue and need to call SC support, I'm always hoping Joshua Schmidt will pick up. He's been able to help me with every crazy problem I've encountered and also provides multiple ways around it. He's also easy to communicate with. Keep this guy on the team, he is a solid one.

After briefly describing the issue I was having, Tim knew exactly what was causing the problem and resolved it in less than 5 minutes. I feel like most support teams now adays, do not have first -hand experience with the software that they are trying to help their customers with. The SolidCam guys defiantly do. No long waits while the tech bumbles through a help manual, just quick solutions and resolution.
