The SolidCAM training event at REGO-FIX was a great experience. Brad did a fantastic job going over a lot of information in a relatively short amount of time. I 100% recommend it for new and even somewhat experienced users. Absolutely worth the investment and am looking forward to the support and more training opportunities in the future.

I'd like give some feedback on the work Cody Estes is doing for me. I reached out with a post issue and before immediately just making the change and sending it back to me, he fully reviewed my post and realized that there were a lot of issues with it. So he reached to me by phone, which was much appreciated, and we came to an agreement to scrap the old one and have him build a new one for us. The timing of this couldn't have been better as we have fully transitioned our mills to Solidcam, but not our lathes. However, transitioning the lathes was the top priority given to me at the beginning of this year.

Cody has not only rebuilt a much more robust post for me, but has been very responsive in a timely manner getting back to me with answers and updates to the post needed for the code to work correctly at the machine. As well as giving good guidance and knowledge when using the software. I don't have a senior programmer above me, or a back up beneath me and so him taking the time educate me is very much appreciated as there is no one at my company to turn to when I have questions other that the Tech Support hotline, which has always been very helpful when I've called.

Overall I have been very happy with Cody's work and look forward to working with him when we are ready to transition our twin spindle, dual turret, bar feeder lathe.

I have been using SolidCAM for about 10 years, and worked with a lot of post development engineers, at least 10.

I have to say that working with Cody Estes has been awesome. He's very responsive to issues that have arisen throughout the development phase, and always listens to my concerns in order to get the best solution possible. He's always willing to take the time to listen. It's nice to work with someone that is customer focused and dedicated to doing things right; I can't express how much that is appreciated.

Darrell Lykins did a wonderful job. Darrell helped me to grasp channel sync quickly. He showed me how to setup Cimco edit to work properly with sync. on my citizen A20 swiss machine. Darrell made my day. Thank you again.
