I just wanted to send you a quick message to give you guys some feedback regarding my recent purchase of InventorCAM.  

I have been designing tools, fixtures, etc. for many years (beginning on paper and then AutoCad 10 if that gives you any idea) but it was only this year that I made the decision to finally go the next step and get into the CAM part of manufacturing.

During the process of selecting a CAM package, several factors influenced my decision including: ease of learning, cost, reputation of customer support after the sale, as well as other points.

Making the final decision on which direction to go was not an easy one especially after reading many horror stories on different CAM forums about the lack of support from many companies after the sale is made.

I finally came to the decision to purchase InventoCAM and I have to say I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The amount of support I have received from you and your colleagues has far exceeded my expectations.

I’m happy to report that with the support I received from you guys along with the ease of the software to learn, I was able to program and make my first production part yesterday.

This is after only using the software for a couple weeks maybe an hour or so a day learning the software and watching the video professor videos. I started watching the video professor learning videos before I purchased the software and it is also one of the key factors that led to my purchase.

I am looking forward to continuing my training and working on even more complex projects.

There’s no doubt that I would recommend InventorCAM to anyone who uses Autodesk Inventor and has a desire to get a seamlessly integrated CAM system
