Schramberg, Germany – SolidCAM participated successfully in this year´s METAV 2014, the international fair for manufacturing technology and automation, in Düsseldorf Germany, from 11 to 15 March 2014.

Using 5 demonstration locations, the SolidCAM team, together with two of our Resellers in Germany, <link http: www.dps-software.de _blank external-link-new-window external link in new>DPS and <link http: www.coffee.de home.html _blank external-link-new-window external link in new>Coffee, presented the latest versions of SolidCAM and InventorCAM, seamlessly integrated in SolidWorks and Autodesk Inventor, the new standalone version of SolidCAM and of the unique, revolutionary SolidCAM iMachining technology.

The SolidCAM iMachinging live cuttings have already become a popular tradition and attracted a broad audience of experts, professional visitors and prospects. Amongst them, visitors from SolidCAM´s special show booths “Metal meets Medical” and the VDW Nachwuchsstiftung.

For the live cutting demonstrations on our booth we used a Müga R4530 machine.

We got a very positive feedback from our visitorswho praised the extraordinary milling results and exceptional time savings SolidCAM and iMachining provide. They were united in their opinion that SolidCAM, InventorCAM and iMachining are state of the art.
