SolidCAM 2012 Asia Pacific Reseller Conference in Bangkok, Thailand

Over 80 resellers, partners, machine tool resellers and vendors attended the SolidCAM 2012 Reseller Conference in Bangkok, Thailand from August 28-30, 2012.

Tactx Japan was declared again the Reseller with the Best Sales Results in APAC!

The conference focused mainly on the technical training of the enhancements in SolidCAM's latest release, SolidCAM2012 SP2 in Parallel Computing, Machine ID, 2.5D Mill & Toolbox, HSR/HSM, Sim 5X, Turning, Advanced Mill-Turn, iMachining 3D and, Solid Probe.  The main highlights, including 3D iMachining, Solid Probe and Advanced Mill-Turn were discussed in detail.

Throughout the event, all the resellers and partners in Asia-Pacific saw the newest developments and had a hands-on experience by creating parts and participating in the live iMachining cutting. This hands-on training enable the resellers to make the best demonstration and provide their customers with the best support.


 

The live iMachning cutting was carried out on Mazak Variaxis 500 - 5 Axis Milling Machine, Mazak FJV200 - 3 Axis Milling Machine, and Mazak QTN 100 MY - Mill-Turn Machine  at Samutprakan Institute of Skill Development; Samutprakan Province, Thailand.

The resellers were given an opportunity to make presentations about their success stories and the areas in which improvements can be made to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. 

 

In a nutshell, the SolidCAM 2012 Asia Pacific Reseller Conference was a huge success. All three days of the conference were packed with impressive presentations, trainings and daily live iMachining cutting.
