Nortec 2014 exhibition in Hamburg, Germany will be SolidCAM's first tradeshow for 2014. This is the marketplace for the powerful manufacturing industry of Northern Germany.

This unique fair will be held on 21-24 January 2014 at Hamburg Exhibition Center. This tradeshow is the central meeting point for decision-makers and specialists from the aerospace/aviation industry, medical engineering, wind energy technology, shipbuilding, mechanical engineering and automotive engineering.

SolidCAM will present its latest versions of SolidCAM and InventorCAM, seamlessly integrated in SolidWorks and Autodesk Inventor, in hall 1, booth 431. SolidCAM will hold LIVE-demonstrations of the brand new standalone version of SolidCAM and of the unique, revolutionary SolidCAM iMachining technology providing 70% savings and more in machining time. SolidCAM's partners<link http: int.haascnc.com _blank external-link-new-window external link in new> HAAS and <link http: www.grobgroup.com home.html _blank external-link-new-window external link in new>GROB will also hold LIVE-demonstrations at their booths.

SolidCAM latest versions have more than 100 new enhancements across all its modules: iMachining 2D & 3D, 2.5D Milling, HSS, HSR/HSM, Sim 5X, Turning, Advanced Mill-Turn for multi-turret and multi-spindle machines, as well as the new Solid Probe module for home setup and on- machine verification.

The revolutionary, patented iMachining with the unique Technology-Wizard are integrated in SolidWorks and in Autodesk Inventor and are now available as stand-alone CAD/CAM suite. iMachining provides unbelievable savings and increased efficiency in your CNC milling operations, translating into profits and success for SolidCAM customers worldwide.

SolidCAM also provides Solid Probe, the useful module for probing coordinate systems and on machine measuring, a brand new impeller module as well as state of the art 4-axis simultaneous turning operations. SolidCAM delivers up to 80% faster results in programming time due to new calculation methods that use existing volume and face geometry and all available processor kernels inside a workstation.

In SolidCAM 2013 and InventorCAM 2014 SolidCAM´s Advanced Mill-Turn technology sets new standards in functionality, flexibility and easy programming of multi turret type lathes and modern mill-turn machines by dramatically improving cycle times. Programmers can benefit from a complete machine simulation in SolidCAM to make the production environment more secure and stable.

SolidCAM provides a decisive competitive edge in CAM programming and becomes indispensable once applied.
