iMachining cutting Inconel: 96% saving in cutting cycle time & 4 times more in tool life

original cycle time in Inconel was 1 hour 15 min - after iMachining we got his cycle down to 3 min 15 sec (96% saving!!!)

Our customer has cut Inconel 718 with a 45 R.C. die using iMachining.


His original cycle time was 1 hour 15 min and after iMachining we got his cycle down to 3 min 15 sec (96% saving!!!)

Also he was only getting one part per cutter and now with iMachining he’s getting over 4 parts per cutter.
