Material : 6061-T6

Machine : Okuma MU400 (5x machine)

Depth of cut : 55 mm
Tool : End mill, diameter 16, teeth 3 (ISCAR)
Cutting time customer : 14.5 minutes

iMachining Cutting parameters : level 6 Turbo, step down 20 millimeters.
Cutting time iMachining : 3.35 minutes
Saving : 77 %

 

10.2.13 - Customer: Tuttnauer - medical parts

Main job with the material Stainless Steel 304 (problematic material)

Material : Stainless Steel 304

Machine : Ler

Depth of cut : 50 mm
Tool : end mill, diameter 20, teeth 6 (ISCAR)
Cutting time customer : 20 minutes

iMachining Cutting parameters : level 5, step down 25 mm
Cutting time iMachining : 4 minutes
Saving : 80 %

Customer did not believe the results and asked us to cut one more part - we did and the amazing results were confirmed!
