Emil,


We visited our SolidCAM customer, NIV Haritot, to do an iMachining benchmark.

We cut the Part with iMachining 2D. 

CNC machine: EQUITOP, with oil cooling. 

Material: Titanium

The customer has 75 pieces to manufacture.

Before, he made ​​the same parts in standard method, and work time was around 17 minutes. 


iMachining 2D cycle time was 3.5 minutes (LEVEL3), without vibrations (in standard method he always had vibrations, because the axis of the machine is very weak). 


Saving by iMachining: 80% cycle time

Total saving for 75 parts: 16 hr 52 min

Customer was completely excited and amazed – he got an offer for the iMachining module.
