Additional SolidCAM Output to CIMCO Edit in SolidCAM 2021 SP2

Additional data including Fixture, Stock and Target Data as well as Tools from the new SolidCAM Tooltable will now be outputted from SolidCAM to CIMCO Edit. SolidCAM provides the same output we provide to the other G-Code simulators we interface with (e.g. Vericut, etc.).

CIMCO Edit Professional is the most popular CNC program editor globally and provides a comprehensive set of essential editing tools necessary for meeting modern CNC program editing demands. SolidCAM recently signed an OEM agreement with CIMCO to include CIMCO EditProfessional in SolidCAM's software package. 

In SolidCAM 2021 SP2, we are outputting additional data from SolidCAM to CIMCO Edit: 

  •  Fixture / Stock / Target Data 

  • Tools from the new SolidCAM Tooltable 

SolidCAM provides the same output we provide to the other G-Code simulators we interface with (e.g. Vericut, etc.) to CIMCO Edit. 

CIMCO Edit Professional is easy to use and includes powerful features like file compare, NC-Assistant, Backplot, and Solid Simulation to improve CNC programmers' productivity.
