Practical 3D iMachining seminar for SolidCAM customers

A specialized practical seminar for SolidCAM 3D iMachining was run on 8th March 2013 at Solid Vision, Brno, Czech republic.

30 SolidCAM customers, from 19 companies,  joined the seminar to learn about the most advanced 3D iMachining technology in SolidCAM.
 
Most of the customers brought their own parts to test in real programming.
 
In the morning training session,  Antonín Vodička explained the principals of 3D iMachining and showed several examples.
 
After lunch all programmers, in two training rooms, started to program their parts, with help of 7 authorized SolidCAM technicians from Solid Vision company.
 
All attendees received evaluation software to be able to test 3D iMachining at their own workplaces.
 
The reactions of the customers were very enthusiastic!
 
“I am already using 2D iMachining every day on my CNC machine. I was curious about the new 3D iMachining module - how it can help me in my daily work” said Jan Hnátík from ZČU Plzeň.  “I am using DMU 65 Mono Block, a fast CNC machine with enough power. I want to buy this 3D iMachining module. It’s a great tool”.
