ViHoth Joined Makino's ‘Tech Talk’ Event

ViHoth, SolidCAM’s Reseller in Vietnam, recently participated in the ‘Tech Talk’ event at the new Makino Vietnam Technical Center. The ‘Tech Talk’ event focused on key technologies and processes to solve some of today’s mold-making and molding challenges.

ViHoth, SolidCAM’s Reseller in Vietnam, recently participated in the ‘Tech Talk’ event at the new Makino Vietnam Technical Center, which opened in July of 2019 in Ho Chi Minh City. The two-story technology center, located in Saigon High-Tech Park over an area of 4,700 square meters, houses a showroom, training facility, parts center and offices.

The Makino Vietnam Technical Centre brings technology closer to customers in Vietnam with high-speed milling and EDM applications. The new center supports technology and knowledge transfer, training facilities, local service support, and the application of engineering solutions.

The ‘Tech Talk’ event was held for the top 10 managers of the 6 leading Die/Mold companies in Vietnam, and focused on key technologies and processes to solve some of today’s mold-making and molding challenges.

The keynote of the ‘Tech Talk’ event focused on "Optimizing Mold Machining with iMachining and SolidCAM HSM", and the highlight of the event was a live-cut session on the new Makino F3.

ViHoth presented SolidCAM’s excellent CAM solutions for any factory’s Moldmaking needs. In particular, SolidCAM’s CAM Software has made major enhancements in its revolutionary iMachining 3D, HSM and Simultaneous 5-Axis modules that provide a winning combination for mold and insert machining.
