Cutting with iMachining 3D

Material: AISI 1020 Steel

Milling: Finish Diam 12 (ISCAR)

Cutting depth: 43 mm

iMachining level: 5

Customer previous time: 146 min 

iMachining time: 28 min - Savings: 81%

Demonstration was done for three staff members and the production manager.

When we started out, they didn't think you can work with such speed on a 5x machine.

They were very impressed by the ease and speed of programming of the part.
