Hello Emil, Hello Eddie,

Last Wednesday I did an iMachining cut during a demonstration.

The prospect was already working with stand-alone Competitor CAM and wanted to change for a CAM solution integrated in SolidWorks.


After a quick explanation of what is iMachining he asked me to show it on the machine.

 

CNC Machine:  SHARNOA

Material: Aluminum 2024

Depth of cut: 17 mm

Tool: End mill, diameter 12 mm, teeth 4

Cutting time customer: more than 1 hour 

iMachining cutting parameters: level 6


Cutting time iMachining:19.5 minutes

Saving by iMachining: 70 %

The prospect was impressed to see how easy it was to machine his part with iMachining in such a short time and get a such good result at the first try.
