My name is Steffen Grafe.  I work at company Trentzsch & Hillig GBR.

We process materials such as aluminum, steel, stainless steel and other hard materials, up to 60 Rockwell.

iMachining has been very useful from day one, because we can process many different materials from hard to soft materials, for which you always have a problem finding the right feed and spin rates, and thanks to the iMachining Wizard, this is no longer a problem.

iMachining calculates all by itself - I just need to program iMachining in a short time, send to the CNC machine and start.

Also our tool life has been extended three to four times longer. We now rarely sharpen tools or give tools for regrinding and the surface quality of the work pieces is incredible - this is madness.

Thanks to iMachining we get a lot more customers work done on one machine, which saves us money of course.
