We are using  iMachining in tool steels, hardened steels, chemical-resistant steels and stainless steels.

Well at first we were skeptical about all of the promised time savings of 70 to 80 percent, but it's really true.

With iMachining, even on low-performance machines, we can reach very high metal removal rates, which was previously not possible.

Our company has achieved, by switching to iMachining, three times longer tool life when milling, through the use of the full cutting edge length. Because of this factor, the investment has paid off.

We were all delighted in the company with iMachining, because it was previously unthinkable to allow such high metal removal rates in such a short time, with high feed and spin rates.
