We are a medical manufacturing company - we manufacture implants for neurosurgery, for motor systems for surgery, and we make a lot of sternum implants and everything that has to do with breast surgeries.

We use iMachining for titanium, stainless steel, aluminum, and any other material.. 

So now we had a part from the customer that took him 7 hours and 30 minutes to manufacture,we did it in iMachining in 2 hours and 50 minutes.

So the iMachining software pays for itself very quickly and, because of the cycle time savings, the cost savings are very big.

Even the process of ordering was great - we called SolidCAM and the next day an employee of SolidCAM came to our shop and we ordered it -  2 days later it was in our laptop and we could start working. So I must say I'm really excited about the software.

Since day one, my co-workers had the same skepticism as I did in the beginning, but after they used iMachining, people came to my office and said: "Wow, great that you've bought it" – I could not have a better endorsement of the software."
